We are instructed by what you need and when you need it; we can notify you, anyone within your company and your customers and agents across all major milestones with booking confirmations, confirmed departure advices, copy Bills of Lading / Airwaybills / Certificates of shipment, showing (for export) agent at destination details with contact details.
Out of hours contact; we are not tied by the 9 to 5 mentality, as we know that the World carries on working when we are not! If e-mails can be answered during waking hours then they will be. That’s peace of mind for you and your customer if they don’t have to wait another day for a reply to re-assure them that someone is there and looking after their interests
