Internationally, Firefly Barbecue won 1st prize at the American Royal 2019, the biggest BBQ competition in the world for the Best BBQ Sauce on the Planet with their Competition Sauce. In 2020, Korean BBQ Sauce won 1st Prize at the NYC Sauce King for Best International Sauce. At the Clifton Chilli Awards hosted by the Clifton Chilli Club, who are experts in all things, FireFly Barbecue won 3 Silver and 4 Bronze Awards in 2022. So we don't use E621 (MSG) or E631 (Disodium inosinate), another flavour enhancer made from meat, and we don't use dairy additives or alcohol.
