Fireside Leadership

A forum hosted by Liza Magcale, Janice Lee, and Leigh-Anne Nugent speaking with top executives and entrepreneurs about their leadership journeys. We shine a spotlight on leadership lessons often overlooked in textbooks. The importance of soft skills or “human skills” like communication, critical thinking, decision making and empowerment, just to name a few. Listen from a combination of industry leaders, entrepreneurs and change makers share their unique stories, varied backgrounds and experiences in building and leading diverse teams. Each of these leaders have achieved personal and professional success by staying true to their core and adapting to challenges. Through these stories, we expose the listener to new and different beliefs and encourage diversity of thought. Our aim is to provide actionable lessons and tools that can be implemented immediately and inspire listeners to grow along their leadership journey.
