Firm Power

Firm Power is an Australian-owned energy company dedicated to developing solutions that accelerate the energy transition. The company has been in operation since early 2019, and was the first project development firm in Australia to be 100% focused on large-scale BESS. The company has a 1GW development portfolio of BESS sites with over 500MW contracted with one of the world’s largest energy companies. With a focus on supporting hard to transition sectors of the economy, Firm Power expanded into sustainable fuels in early 2022. Firm Power has an established team with a cross-functional skill set and a proven track record in developing energy projects across solar, wind, transmission infrastructure and energy storage. Firm Power has forged strong relationships within the energy industry including the major energy companies and network service providers as well as the top tier consultancies, EPC providers and energy contractors to accelerate development of projects.
