First Chair Partners

We are a research and product design collective of senior practitioners dedicated to improving digital experiences for you and the audiences you serve. We are small on purpose. We take on only a handful of engagements a year ensuring your project is our top priority and not part of some elaborate juggling act. We won't sell you our senior team and then swap in junior talent. We work best when we work directly with your project team, often serving as staff augmentation to execute on a very specific project. First Chair Partners specializes in user research, product testing, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, product strategy, product design, digital strategy, content strategy, and any digital need that your organization has.
