Although we’re formally known as FCN Group, most people know us as First Choice Nursing. Our aim when we started in 2019 was simple; to run the business in a way that we could be proud of, that genuinely supports Care Home staffing needs, and that made life a little easier for everyone that we deal with. What do we do? We provide Healthcare Professionals to the private care sector - a cost effective temporary staffing solution, whilst guaranteeing quality and continuity.
