First Components Limited is a privately owned company specialising in the design and manufacture of precision milled / turned parts, wire products, press - tools, metal pressings, tool-making, laser cutting and metal finishing. Our modern equipped factories are centred around latest quality process techniques, driven by Datatrack Manufacturing System controlling state of the art CNC / CAD CAM manufacturing facilities. First Components have experience in the engineering sector, supplying an extensive range of metal cut, formed and fabricated components to a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace and electronics. Our processing capabilities include pressing, CNC milling, CNC turning, wire erosion, laser cutting, press braking, wire cutting and forming all backed by our CAD CAM software allowing the production of precision components in a wide variety of materials such as aluminium, brass, copper, bronze, stainless steel, specialised steels, graphite, plastics and nylons for a variety of industries to include automotive and aerospace industries as well as precision general engineering.
