We ensure optimal utilization of resources to manage the facilities with adequate power supply, water supply, sanitation, safety issues in case of emergency. Construction Supervision FIRST supervision team work on behalf of our Clients and property owners, acting as their eyes and ears during the construction phase. We monitor construction schedules, cost, progress and quality while providing support services such as instruction or clarification to contractors as required
