First Light Capital is an independent Commercial Property Fund Management company that is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Investing in commercial and industrial real estate provides investors with a higher return than is achievable through regular fixed interest term deposits, but the barriers to entry are often challenging for individuals. First Light Capital will provide investors with as many of the benefits of direct property ownership as is possible.
