Born in 2009, First Meat slaughterhouse is located in the commune of Giulvăz, in Timiș County, Romania. Its main activity consists in horse, cattle and sheep slaughtering in half carcasses. The factory is equipped with modern industry machinery and is authorized by sanitary-veterinary authorities, according to current European legislation.
Its location at a reasonable distance from the main cities of Europe (Budapest - 287 km; Belgrade - 160 km; Paris - 1766 km) currently facilitates the export with clients based in the following countries: Italy, Belgium, France, Poland, Holland, Denmark, Greece and Arab Countries.
The annual capacity of slaughter is:
• 20.000 horses;
• 20.000 cattle;
•100.000 sheep.
The factory is authorized to slaughter animals with Halal method (Halal Authorization no. 2514/04.08.2010).
