First Nations Network Foundation Ltd (FNNF) is a non-profit organisation registered with the ACNC and DGR certified. FNNF was founded to help address the acknowledged gap in digital inclusion for Indigenous Australians in remote communities. Life in today’s digital world is ever changing. Online learning and flexible work arrangements are transforming how we study and work. Digital technology is creating new possibilities for the type of work we do, yet many disadvantaged Indigenous communities don’t have access to computers or the internet at home, work or within their community. The digital divide that exists in Australia impacts not only the digital inclusion of individuals through lower levels of ability and education, but also threatens to inhibit the delivery of essential health and educational services to rural and remote communities, especially Indigenous communities.
