First On-Call Initiative

First On-Call Initiative is a healthcare Nonprofit established in 2022, by young healthcare practioners with a goal to strengthen health systems in low- and middle-income countries using a multi-prong approach: Finance, legislation and administration; Outreaches; Clinical and Community Research and Interventions. Over the past years, we have grown our volunteer strength to over 560 passionate individuals across the healthcare industry both students and professionals. We have conducted far-reaching impactful research, conducted community-level interventions, and medical outreaches to underserved communities. We have also utilised capacity-building programs to enhance the skills and competencies of front-line practitioners.
