We facilitate a community of like-minds and together oil the wheels by communicating clearly and efficiently. First Pencil are growing a community of incredible Film & Visual Arts Technicians and working closely together with Production Companies we organise and book crew for projects across Australasia. We pride ourselves on having up to date, first hand knowledge of Production and Crew requirements, expectations and demands.
