Notifying police if they are not already on scene; 2. Calling an ambulance if required; 3. Assisting with the safety of all persons involved and securing all valuables in the vehicle; 4. Assist in exchanging information with the other(s) involved; 5. Taking statements and photographs; 6. Initiating the claim process and preparing the repair estimate; 7. Providing a wrecker to take the vehicle to an approved shop; 8. Assistance with transportation of the occupants of the insured vehicle(s) to a secure destination of choice.
