First Step Property & First Step Finance have more than 20 years experience in property investing. Dave Ward, Director, has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce majoring in Finance, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). He is also a licensed real estate agent, having completed over $50 million in real estate developments in the past 8 years and has accumulated a multi-million dollar property portfolio. First Step Property and First Step Finance was founded in 2016. We are a passionate about creating thriving property portfolio's for clients without impacting on their lifestyle, having them require a second job or sacrificing their current way of life. In short, we help create a more certain future for our clients and escape the rat race to empower people to live life on their own terms.
