With a patient-family centered approach to care, our multidisciplinary team of clinicians address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families. First Health Hospice has a large and diverse staff of RNs, Social Workers, Chaplains, Bereavement Coordinators, Home Health Aides, Massage Therapists and Music Therapists that coordinate care in the most harmonious of way for our patients. It is statistically proven that patients on hospice live on average 29 days longer than those with the same diagnosis, with many patients even graduating out of hospice.
