Our aim is to bring all the offline services available at a dealership online and wish is to reduce car-buying process in India from months to days . We are working on innovative features to meet customer needs: 1 – Option to switch your booking amount to a different car(of different brand) if you change your mind , without any charges at a click of a button . In present , if you ever change your mind and wants to cancel booking , you need to physically visit a dealership , give a letter in writing and wait for a week or 10 days to get a refund cheque and then follow the same process of booking to book a different car 2 – Option to sell your exiting car with FirstRide and get a credit to buy a new car from FirstRide 3 – Upgrading to a better model or version by paying a little extra EMI . You decide and we will take care of all hassles like selling your old car , financing your new car , ordering a new car . All you have to do is handover the old car keys and take the new car keys . You can just go n zoom in your new car . 4 – We would sell OBD readers along with the new car . Our mobile app will connect to the OBD device and keep you updated on the status of your car on aspects like location , battery status , fuel status , any engine failure or other unnoticeable to human eye .
