Founded in 2017 by Mr. Ryan Reid and Dr. Michael Banbury, the FirstRock Group is comprised of a real estate investment company and its subsidiaries, a private equity company, a Foundation and real estate brokerage Century21 Jamaica Limited.
The Group’s real estate investment company, FirstRock Real Estate Investments Limited, is incorporated in and under the laws of St. Lucia. FREI is a real estate investment holding company, holding real assets in both forms of equity and debt, deploying its capital in various real estate vehicles for the ultimate benefit of its shareholders, similarly to the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Model of the United States. FREI is a publicly traded company listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
Our primary aim is to provide Shareholders with a tax-efficient vehicle, offering an enhanced level of income, above average dividend yield and preservation of capital through the diversification assets.
The FirstRock Group is a limited liability company incorporated in and under the laws of Jamaica. FRG is an unrelated, third party asset management company engaged under contract by FREI, to achieve the goals and objectives of FREI, whilst adhering to the policies & guidelines determined by FREI, in accordance with all applicable laws.
