First Step Men’s Therapy was created to help men in Ontario develop better relationships with themselves and others.
We offer counselling/therapy services across Ontario on a wide range of mental health concerns including compulsive sexual behaviour, infidelity, self-esteem and self-worth, trauma and PTSD, first responders, grief, anger, anxiety and depression, and intimacy and relationships.
