Fish Bark LLC was founded in 2012 as a collaboration between Seattle Fish Co., Lauren Sternberg, and Derek Figueroa. In 2024, the assets of Fish Bark LLC, including its intellectual property, recipes, and marketing assets, were acquired by Fig & Co. This acquisition marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Fish Bark brand, with Fig & Co. leveraging its innovative spirit as a foundation for future R&D initiatives in pet nutrition and sustainability. Although Fish Bark LLC is no longer in operation, its legacy continues to inspire innovation at the intersection of sustainability, nutrition, and pet care under the stewardship of Fig & Co.
