Il Fishing Lab è un luogo dove ci si incontra, si consuma un pranzo, un aperitivo o una cena, ma soprattutto si sta bene. Sono tre i concetti che guidano il nostro progetto: "easy" "friendly", "home". Il cliente del Fishing Lab deve sentirsi a casa e, proprio come a casa, deve essere libero di esprimersi, deve essere catapultato in un luogo che lo aiuti a staccare dai pensieri, dove poter stare con leggerezza, dove poter semplicemente fare un aperitivo piuttosto che cenare e non sentirsi in colpa.
Poi viene il prodotto: street food, piatti di crudo composti su richiesta con il prezzo al dettaglio, il pesce cucinato nel forno a legna o nel foglio di noce, le cene o i pranzi con menu su richiesta, i piatti da asporto. Il tutto offrendo materie prime di primissima qualità ed una serie di consigli per far percepire al cliente benessere superiore alle sue aspettative di spesa.
