We source our quality Cassava (yucca or manioc) and keep the roots fresh throughout the production process to maintain their nutrients. Our cassava (yucca or manioc) is peeled by hand every morning locally in Richmond, BC to ensure the best quality. Along with fresh cassava roots, we use the healthiest sunflower oils during the production process which is NON-GMO Project Verified. Our packaging is also done locally in B.C. with environmentally friendly materials to ensure sustainability while protecting and preserving the quality of our food.
