At FitFor45 we provide a welcoming, comfortable, and fun environment where our members can train, grow & challenge themselves at their own pace. Functional fitness is a client-centric approach and it allows us to build on foundational movement patterns within our classes which can transcend and improve someone's life outside our classes. FitFor45 are currently located in Lucan Co.Dublin & Ashbourne Co.Meath. FitFor45 also operate outside of these locations and are available at your workplace/club with all of the equipment provided.
