A bit more about us…
FitFor (formerly known as ESPH) began when Clinical Director Libby Sharp decided she’d have a go at treating a few patients at home. That was back in 1979. Over the years, ESPH developed a thriving private physio practice, becoming one of the top physiotherapy providers in London, treating thousands of patients each year as well as delivering rehab and exercise programmes to our many customers.
