Offering two key online programs: Fit Mama and Thrive Underwire, Fit Mama has carefully developed these courses following decades of personal experience in the corporate world, fitness industry and motherhood - and through training hundreds of women through pre-, ante- and post-natal stages in life.
Fit Mama Fitness licensed classes give the chance for local businesses, fitness centres, large-scale gyms, to offer the Fit Mama class range within their own businesses - thus creating a strong fitness offering to retain and encourage growth of a key client demographic.
