Fitmobility was founded by Monique Guerreiro to ensure that fitness, strength and mobility coaching is accessible to EVERYONE, no matter their age, ability, or disability. With a firm belief that everyone deserves the Quality of life benefits that fitness provides, Fitmobility provides flexible tailored services from either the Kings Langley Studio, Online, or even a Mobile service to those who desire a ‘train from the comfort of their own home and live within an accessible radius. Fitmobility's ethos is to adapt fitness to the unique needs of individuals, and to create a challenging, rewarding fun fitness experience with the unique goals of each individual in mind. Fitmobility opens doors and arms to all persons and is driven wih by an underlying desire to extend and improve quality of life, ultimately preventing age-related diseases such as Dementia. Fitmobility offers programs for the Individual, couple or small group as required.
