fitRaise is Peer to Peer Crowd-funding with a fitness twist.
The fitRaise platform uses web and mobile technology to allow non-profit organizations and charities to host virtual events. During these events participants earn donations while they run, walk, or cycle anytime...anywhere using the free fitRaise app for iPhone or Android. Donors use our fun and fair pledge process to pledge an amount per mile, a minimum donation, and a maximum donation. When the events are over our system calculates the correct donation based on the participant's distance and the donors pledge per mile and settles the donor's account on behalf of the charity organization.
The flexibility of the fitRaise platform allows for a variety of events including pre-event challenges, workplace wellness program integration, campus events, and 3rd Party or individual events.
