Fitting Back In program works to meet the needs of individuals, prior to and immediately following release from the Oklahoma and Colorado Department of Corrections at the expiration of their maximum prison sentense. Fitting Back In is designed to help these individuals reintegrate into their communities as productive, valuable members of society. It helps to provide and make accessible, necessary, mental health, medical and social services upon re-entry into society.
