Fitzhugh & Elliott P.C. is the continuation of an admiralty litigation practice started by Tom Fitzhugh over two decades ago. With special expertise in federal court trials and appeals, our attorneys appear regularly before administrative tribunals of the U.S. Department of Labor, the U. S.
