Fitzroy is a team of professionals dedicated to the consultancy and development of tourism and real estate projects. It was founded in April 2001 by Jorge Carey Carvallo (Lawyer, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Master in Law Duke University) and Hernán Passalacqua García de la Huerta (Commercial Engineer Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, MBA Imperial College). Since then, Fitzroy has evaluated projects for more than USD 1.5 billion for public and private sector clients, both domestic and foreign.
