Center for Leadership at FIU

At the Center for Leadership at Florida International University (FIU), we partner with capable leaders and organizations in a purposeful process to set the stage for continued growth and development. Time and again, we see that small adjustments, new ways of tackling a problem, increased awareness, and doing things just a little bit differently add up to have a HUGE impact. We seek to help each participant find those micro-adjustments, as well as a cohesive plan for action. We have worked with over 6,000 leaders during the last 16 years, from C-Suite executives and military generals to front-line managers and aspiring leaders. Participants have come from 23 countries and over 350 different organizations, and our custom programs have engaged both medium-sized and large organizations - from long-term initiatives with 3 of the 10 largest school districts in the United States, to projects and engagements in healthcare and retail, technology and manufacturing, to investment advisory, and everything in between. We are passionate about what we do and proud to do our best to “make a dent” in our local, regional, and global community. Using a multidisciplinary approach based on the integration of empirical research in leadership development and applied best practices, we focus on creating better leaders for a better world.
