Five Star in Mexico (2010) is part of Five Star Tooling and Five Star Manufacturing in Canada, supplying tooling, stamped metal parts and assemblies. LOCATION: Located in Queretaro, our facility has machinery, equipment and trained personnel to fill the expectations of our customers. CUSTOMERS: Our customers are: Magna, Valeo, Batz, Flex & Gate, Batesville, Martinrea, Multimatic, Hitachi, Minth and Feg. MAIN PRODUCTS: Bushings, Struts, Brackets, Seat Springs, Punches, Dies. CERTIFICATES. We were awarded with ISO/TS 16949:2009 & ISO 9001:2008. EQUIPMENT: We have available capacity in our equipment: 200 Ton Blow Press, 200 Ton Aida Press, 300 Ton Aida Press, 600 Ton Brn & Boggs Press, CNC Milling machines, EDM machine, Projection Spot Welding, Riveting machine for component insertion.
