Simplifying IT Architecture: By knowing, and then being able to simplify your Processes (and supporting IT), Organisations are able to be more innovative and deliver business benefit quicker, more effectively and without endangering the business it serves. We work with a business and their IT teams, to document the full picture of the current IT set up. This will provide standards and patterns which can support the structure of on-going Projects, and help to identify gaps. Then using a rapid and agile approach, we identify potential ways to simplify and streamline the current IT estate. Transparency, accountability and innovation: Once a business understands their full 'IT picture' and the cost and resource associated, they can work to refine it, reduce costs and become more responsive to business change. This ensures; the IT estate is driven by the business needs and demands; enables more innovation; and provides transparent accountability of ownership for all IT deliverables. Finally we work with the business to build a centralised knowledge store of IT system, process and project ownership - 'one point of contact, one set of accessible documentation, clear ownership, enabling business goals and objectives'.
