Fivosz-BossConnect is a nonprofit association of professional and experienced mentors who are directors, CEOs, top managers or owners of difference sized companies. The organizers have set the objective to make mentoring of young people (especially junior managers and entrepreneurs) as an important factor of economic competitiveness – part of the Hungarian business culture. Jointly with FIVOSZ (Young Entrepreneurs Association Hungary) the program has started in 2014.
