A Step Ahead by FIX Health

A Step Ahead Challenge (by FIX Health) is an incremental behavior change engine that solves a variety of user engagement problems across multiple health verticals. The Outbreak is our corporate wellness program that takes employees through a 6 week walking/ exercise program themed around a Zombie Apocalypse. The Outbreak helps people achieve 10,000 steps per day and 150 exercise minutes per week. The Outbreak has an average employee completion rate of 92.4%, which is almost 2X the wellness industry standard. FIX Health guarantees that 80% of all employees who begin the Outbreak will finish it. Lost Tides: The Voyage Home is our disability recovery program themed around being a "high seas" captain of a tall ship blown off course working to return to it's home port. Lost Tides is a 12 week program that helps users incrementally increase their daily activity levels and be more consistent with their Dr's at home recovery program. Lost Tides is piloting MetLife short term disability patients from Q4 2018 - Q1 2019.
