FJN Growth is a specialist Consultancy that partners with clients both in the UK and Internationally. We predominantly work with clients in the insurance market to help them to achieve their Growth aspirations. This could be achieved through organic growth plans, diversification strategies into new markets and products, or by acquisition. Formed in October 2023 by Nic Brown and Dan Small, we have built a number of key partnerships since founding and have enabled our clients to grow exponentially across the UK and Europe. The FJN Growth proposition is enhanced even further by two key hires in Q4 of 2024 when industry leaders Paul Firkins and Doug Rice join the team in November and December respectively as Executive Directors of the company. This move significantly broadens our expertise and market contacts across multiple sectors and underpins our ambition to become the ‘go to’ Growth consultancy in the insurance sector.
