Established in 2023 by two partners, David W. Fineman and David M. Lampley, who practiced together for 15 years at a high-volume consumer bankruptcy firm, where they handled thousands of chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, as well as protecting people's assets from creditors. In addition to their bankruptcy practice, the Davids also assisted people with their estate planning needs and fought for people's rights against abusive collection and improper credit reporting. Moreover, they have extension litigation experience from the years of foreclosure and credit card debt defense, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases.
They have now decided it is time to take their passions to their own firm, and formed F&L Law Group, P.A. They look forward to continuing their mission to help people preserve and protect their assets and other legal needs.
