Precision in perfection. Flad System Components manufactures and distributes simple to highly complex parts and assemblies, prototypes and entire families of parts. We specialize in precision turned parts in sensitive tolerance ranges, offer complex machining for difficult geometries, ready-to-install precision parts and components from the smallest series to medium batch sizes. Our company has the expertise for almost all machinable materials, such as high-strength steels and specific materials, for example for aerospace technology (Hastelloy), titanium, medical materials for implants, stainless steels up to V4A, brass and plastics. Parts cleaning, corrosion protection and individual packaging are also part of our range of services. Our quality assurance offers all relevant test procedures up to individual measurement. We carry out surface refinements or heat treatments in cooperation with selected partners.
