We are in the business of providing bookkeeping, accounting and financial management services to small and medium businesses with 5 - 100 employees. Our services include monthly and quarterly reconciliations of book of accounts, integrated payroll services, sales/tax use tax filing, project based accounting, 1099 filings and tax preparation support. We provide these services within a virtual work environment through our team of knowledgeable bookkeepers and accountants that deliver financial reports accurately and in a timely manner. Clients can outsource all of the above services to us or can engage us for limited role based on their requirement. CPAs and Accounting firms engage us to help them to handle tons of work during tax preparation season and we literally become their back-office support during peak season time. We also provide onsite dedicated bookkeeping and accounting resources with full-fledge training for those clients that do not want to hire and maintain FTEs or want to augment their existing workforce. Accounting firms and Tax Preparers depend on us for assisting Clients that have back-dated work that needs to be checked for quality and compliance and then reconciled with current year's work. We are also willing to take on special projects and assignments that include cashflow tracking, budget planning and comparisons and exception reporting based on firm's requirement or at the direction of their principals.
