We are a gluten free baking company that specializes in French style breads and pastries. We are one of a handful of bakeries in the world that produces gluten free croissants, Danish and other laminated dough products. We strive to release the most sought after, high end pastries in the gf industry that are 'taste and texture identical' to their wheat flour counterparts, deeming them unrecognizable as a gluten free baked good. -We provide local retail walk up service at our Philadelphia based bakery 5 days per week (Mon-Thurs 11-3 and Saturdays 12-2). -We provide local delivery via Door Dash -We provide Nationwide shipping of most of our products -We currently have 2 Pastry ATM's (vending machines) in the Philly area that provide additional access to our baked goods in the area.
