FERNANDO LAW was formed by Judge Jose Ener S. Fernando (Ret.), Atty. Janina Marie S. Fernando-Lagman, and Atty. Robenson D. Avenida, who are duly licensed members of the Philippine Bar and members in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Before establishing FERNANDO LAW, the younger partners trained in some of the country’s top law firms and biggest banking institutions, where they built and strengthened their expertise in remedial management/asset recovery, labor and litigation. Having been employed as in-house counsels likewise equipped them with the experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, rendering opinions and handling other needs in corporate and commercial dealings.
