FLAME Research Group focuses on developing technologies for organic and flexible electronics, along with research on futuristic semiconductor devices, circuits and systems. The Group also works towards demonstration of low cost processes and systems for future Internet of Things (IoT) and neuromorphic applications. Process technologies for reducing the impact of electronic-waste on environment and eventual biodegradability of systems is also among one of the eventual goals, leading towards Green Electronics. The group is seeking active collaborations to bring the recently developed technologies for use of society.
The Group is led by Prof. Shree Prakash Tiwari, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur.
