We are the earlier manufacturers to produce flame retardant fabric in Xinxiang,China.Now we have many kinds of special fabric, and bring in the protective clothing production line, to meet the needs of different industries, sophisticated technology, high-quality products,favored by domestic and foreign customers, even the British and Irish military.Every year our factory would have a field certification by Bureau Veritas.
Our factory has two pad dyeing production lines, two finishing lines, fifteen dyeing vats, a complete set of advanced development lab and quality testing center, annual production capacity can up to 30 million meters, it’s scientific practice base of many junior college, FR fabric produced by us is used high technology, soft touch, function well after 100 times washing, the formaldehyde content of flame retardant fabric we produce is less than 75ppm, non poisonous, no carcinogen aromatic substance broken out，to the human body avirulent insipidity, green, safe environmental protection.
Our main products of our factory are THPC flame retardant fabric, Pyrovatex flame retardant fabric, fluorescent fabric, antistatic fabric, radiation proof fabric, Teflon fabric, anti-acid and alkali fabric, water oil proof fabric, anti UV fabric, anti-microbial fabric and multi-function protective fabric. We always adhere to the Greenguard,and our fabrics have passed the European ecological textiles certification, and get Oeko-Tex standard 100.The products have reached EN ISO11611, EN ISO11612,EN ISO 14116,ASTM D 6413,ASTM F1506, ASTM F1959, NFPA 2112, NFPA70E certification. We are the biggest manufacturer in North of China that produces fluorescent fabric. The fluorescent fabric produced by us is widely used in railway, security protective industry, and have reached EN471, ANSI SEA107-2004，EN20471 standards.
