It all started back in 2022 when we came up with the idea of creating an event that would be letting people vote for a charity they wanted to support for each event we would organize. The reason behind this is because we wanted to be as close as possible to our customers, letting them be part of the decision making. Making them feel like they are part of something bigger, that actually creates impact. Now you may ask yourself, why not just keep all the profits and donate the money individually? Well, the answer is quite easy, this is bigger than us. We want to raise awareness to all the different non profit organizations/movements in the world that are most of the time overlooked and in dire need of help. By doing this we help these organizations gain awareness and traction through our audience so they can also help and spread the message.
Since the beginning we have been able to donate 20% of our profits to each charity that had the majority of votes for each respective event we hosted since we started. The reasoning behind the whole concept comes from the understanding that often individuals who wish to contribute to charitable causes face hurdles such as finding trustworthy organizations, understanding how to donate, and the time-consuming process of making donations. Utopia simplifies this by integrating the donation process with the ticket purchase for a music event. We believe in the power of our model because it addresses key consumer pain points. Our audience seeks meaningful ways to contribute to society, and Utopia provides this through enjoyable and engaging experiences.
