At FLASH Diagnostics, we believe veterinarians deserve better tools to care for the animals we all love. Founded in 2022 as a spin-out from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and now incubated at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, we are developing nucleic acid rapid tests that give veterinarians the power to diagnose infectious diseases in minutes—without compromising on the quality or accuracy of the results. Our technology is designed to be fast, affordable, and reliable, giving vets the confidence they need to act quickly and make better treatment decisions. Using our proprietary sample treatment and detection technologies, FLASH Diagnostics has created diagnostic solutions for critical pathogens like Leptospira, Babesia, Bordetella, among others. Our easy-to-use testing kits are tailored for veterinary clinics that lack extensive lab facilities, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional PCR tests. We are actively collaborating with academic institutions, industry partners, and veterinary clinics to continuously improve our products and expand our impact in the veterinary diagnostics field.
