FlatRock Consulting is your source for polymer gel applications for IOR. We provide treatment design and field implementation of polymer gel treatments for water control and water shut-off in producing wells, as well as injection profile modification treatments and deep gel conformance treatments for IOR and improved sweep efficiency in waterfloods, WAG floods and CO2 floods. We also provide solutions to repair casing leaks in production and injection wells as a cost effective alternative to cement. In addition, we provide Protective Annular Gel Systems (PAGS) for injection wells and SWD wells, to protect the injection string from corrosion and pass Mechanical Integrity Tests (MIT & H-5 tests). We also provide a number of nano systems and other surfactant systems for EOR , cEOR as well as stimulation and cleanup of producing wells. We focus on paraffin, asphaltene and iron sulfide mitigation and control, as well as wettability modification. We offer consulting services for long term production improvement and cost reduction in mature oilfields. We offer independent project management and field supervision of IOR, EOR and cEOR projects.
