Determination of possible technical and economic indicators, functional designation, evaluation of cost efficiency, and application of the results for preparation and issuance of the basic municipal permit document (GPZU). URBAN CONSTRUCTION CONCEPTUALIZATION Territory analysis for definition of technical and economic indicators, site design, transportation and pedestrian routes plan, spatial conceptualization with feasibility report, visualization materials ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUALIZATION (INITIAL DESIGN) The main architectural layouts (floor plans with room schedule, cross sections, optional facade alternatives, general concept of main design and construction decisions, a brief description of the project site, the main technical and economic indicators, results of efficiency calculations for the design, data on the scope of construction and installation works, number of required parking places and other indicators regulated by standards. The conceptualization serves as the basis for development of design documentation at the project stage. GENERAL DESIGN STAGE DOCUMENTATION Project documentation is developed in accordance with the requirements of Azerbaijan republic regulation, in the amount that will permit the client to obtain a positive expert review conclusion and permission for construction. The designer will participate in the support of the project decisions during the expert review.
