Fleet Manager 4 Events (FM4E)

FM4E provides fleet management software to prestigious sporting events that need to make sure their participants arrive at their destinations on time, every time. We built our first solution for the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships in 2000 and they have happily chosen to engage us for every tournament since (see www.FM4E.com). In the intervening period, we have continually improved and refined the service to the extent that it is now the most (feature-rich) and heavily tested solution available anywhere in the world, and it has been successfully deployed at some of the World’s largest sporting events including: - The London Olympic Games in 2012 - a fleet of over 4,000 vehicles - The Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2014 - The Toronto PanAm Games 2015 The system includes the recording of the arrival of new fleet vehicles, fleet commissioning, allocation to task, ancillary allocation to vehicles, driver allocation, journey booking and validation against accreditation. Bookings are also checked against games bus schedules to help ensure vehicles are not provided unnecessarily. We offer a full turnkey solution that includes all aspects of customisation, installation, testing, training and maintenance.
