Our team is bound by a common passion for maritime engineering and our skilled team are all Security Cleared, with a good mix of Chartered/Incorporated/Fellow Engineers, RN experience, and time served in industry. We are able to pull teams together across specialisations and skills to deliver project support, board level support and operational engineering support. Our main capabilities can be categorised as follows: Systems Engineering: integration of complex systems across the CADMID lifecycle, applying the principles of requirements management, project management, and structured acceptance through integrated test and acceptance planning. Supportability Engineering: ILS practitioners supporting the design and implementation of in-Service support solutions, particularly relating to the transition from new-build - including configuration management, design change, and Information Knowledge Management. Operational and Safety Engineering: safety management in ships with experience of developing platform and equipment safety cases and their underpinning evidence. Inclduing support to maritime front-line engineering and crew’s ability to Operate, Maintain, Diagnose and Repair. Ship-Air Integration: developing Interface Control Documents, Ship Aviation Safety Case Reports and Ship Air Release recommendations, as well as supporting the safety clearances and Naval Authority certification submissions. Business/Project Support: Supporting teams with project management, bid support/review, and business decision making analysis.
