FLEMING PROPERTIES INC. was re-formed by our Broker Rachelle 'Sheli' Fleming in August 2022 in honor of her father, the original founder, Glenn E. Fleming, who originally formed the company in January 1988. Having grown up in the company and working closely with her father for over 20 years, Sheli wanted to keep the family company alive and moving forward in the same “professional excellence” fashion as it was before her.
